1. Who we are
This website is run by AJ TechSoft, a software company at 230, Saradha Mill Road, Sundarapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641 023, India. Our apps on Google Play are published under the developer name AJ Softwares. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AJ TechSoft.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers ajtechsoft.in — its pages, the enquiry and deletion request forms, and the free tools hosted on it (Gemini Watermark Remover, Text Match Cut Generator and QR Code Generator).
Our mobile apps, web products and the apps we build for clients may need other information to work, such as an account or the records you keep in them. Where an app or product has its own privacy policy, that policy explains what it collects. To have your account or data deleted from any of our apps, use our account & data deletion page.
3. Information you give us
Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, the service you're interested in, your message, and which page you sent it from.
Account & data deletion requests
When you ask us to delete an account or data we receive the app, the mobile number, email or user ID you use in it, what you want deleted, your name, phone and/or email, any details you add, and the IP address the request came from. We record the IP address to help confirm that requests are genuine.
Email, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your email address or phone number.
Both forms are delivered to our business mailbox by email. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions.
4. Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and does not set cookies of its own.
Like most websites, our hosting server may keep standard access logs — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — which are used for security and to fix problems.
Some pages load content from other companies (fonts, icons and a map), which means your browser connects to them directly. See third-party services.
5. Our free tools
The Gemini Watermark Remover, Text Match Cut Generator and QR Code Generator run entirely in your web browser. The images, videos, text, UPI IDs, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and logos you use in them are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
Two tools remember small preferences in your own browser — nothing is sent to us:
- QR Code Generator saves your last design and any styles you choose to save (local storage). Uploaded logos are never saved.
- Gemini Watermark Remover remembers whether you were on the image or video tab until you close the tab (session storage).
You can clear these at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
6. Third-party services
These services may receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads them. Each is covered by its provider's own privacy policy.
Links to other sites — such as Google Play, GitHub or our product websites — are governed by those sites' own policies once you follow them.
7. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
- To verify and carry out account and data deletion requests.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we only send you messages about the enquiry or request you made.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and our conversations with you for as long as we need them to respond and to look after your work, and longer only where the law requires us to keep business records. We keep a record of each deletion request, including its reference number, so we can show it was handled. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
10. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, form messages are sent to our mailbox over an encrypted connection, and access to our mailbox is limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
11. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, or delete your account in one of our apps;
- stop using your information where you previously agreed to it.
These rights include those under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To use them, email info@ajtechsoft.in or use the deletion request form. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
12. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
