Install it, or run the portable version straight from a USB stick — no installation needed.
Needs: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) · about 250 MB of disk space · a printer that prints on both sides (or turn the paper by hand). Internet is only needed to activate a Pro licence and check it once a day.
Your customers' documents stay on your PC
Aadhaar, PAN and other files are opened and printed on your own computer — they are never uploaded anywhere, and PDF passwords are never saved. To run the app and its licences, PrintCut Studio sends only anonymous usage counts (such as "a card was printed") together with your IP address to AJTechSoft.in, and checks a Pro licence online.

Frequently asked
Windows says "Windows protected your PC". Is it safe?
That message appears for newer programs that Windows has not seen many times yet. Click More info → Run anyway. Always download PrintCut Studio from this page only.
My printer does not print on both sides.
You can still use it: print the front page, turn the sheet over the way the app shows, and print the back page. The built-in test sheet helps you get the turning right the first time.
The front and back are slightly off. What can I do?
Print the test sheet once, hold it up to the light, and enter the small offset you see. PrintCut Studio remembers the correction for your printer.
Can I use one Pro licence on two computers?
No — each licence works on one computer. If you need Pro on another computer, request a new licence. If your old computer broke or was replaced, tell us and we will move your licence.
How do I get a Pro licence?
Fill in the licence request form (or press Buy a licence inside the app). We will contact you with the price and send your licence key, which you paste into Go Pro.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything works offline. A Pro licence needs the internet once to activate, is checked once a day, and keeps working for up to 7 days without internet.
Which file types can I open?
PDF (including password-protected e-Aadhaar and e-PAN), PNG, JPG and WEBP. For batch cards, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files and a folder of photos.
